What is in the app
LedgerHQ is not promising a giant ERP. It is focused on the bookkeeping loop that firms need to keep client books current.
Keep firm and client files separated, with the active company always clear.
Maintain the account list that bank activity, entries, and reports post against.
Review account registers and post adjusting journal entries when books need cleanup.
Use Plaid as the supported source for bank and card activity.
Work through unreconciled rows and close the month against statements.
Run income statement, balance sheet, trial balance, general ledger, and exports.
Month-end close
How it works
The app keeps the daily surface practical: select the company, review the bank activity, post what belongs in the ledger, reconcile, and send out the statements.
LedgerHQ exposes the accounting spine through REST, OpenAPI, and MCP so agents can work with client files, accounts, entries, bank activity, reconciliations, reports, backups, period close, fixed assets, and bank-feed workflows.
Pricing
Standard includes the current after-the-fact bookkeeping surface. Advanced is listed as coming soon until its feature set is defined.
